About Paul & The Faster Fit Formula
The Faster Fit Formula is a Home Personal Training Service in Colchester.
Paul has been a Personal Trainer for 13 years, starting out in North-West London before moving to Colchester in 2017; and in that time has conducted sessions in commercial gyms, a private rehab facility, parks, people's houses and even offices!
Paul is registered with and insured through The Chartered Institute for the Management of Sport & Physical Activity (CIMSPA) - details can be provided upon request.
